Oliva graduated from Clarkstown South High School. "She had a childlike innocence and not a mean bone in her body," information from the funeral home noted. "She was always quick with a joke to put a smile on someone's face."
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Kathleen (Frawley) Oliva; brother Michael; grandparents Louis and Adeline Oliva; aunts and uncles Lori Ann Lee, Bob Oliva, Joan Mitchell, John and Marie Frawley; and cousins William, Kelly and Heather Allinger, John Frawley, and Christopher and Allison Lee.
Oliva was preceded by her grandparents, John Joe and Mary Frawley, and her uncle and aunt William and Patricia Allinger.
Visiting hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 26, at Sorce Funeral Home, 728 West Nyack Rd., in West Nyack. A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 128 Parrott Rd., in West Nyack. Interment will follow, in St. Anthony's Cemetery, in Nanuet.
